like to transfer mirror image to second hard drive

I have two Dell laptop computers that are identical... both the run windows XP...
I would like to use a program and a cable link to make my second computer
a mirror image of my first.... I used LapLink in the past and found it incredibly complicated.
Is there a smooth relatively easy step-by-step program to get this mirror image?

Solution: like to transfer mirror image to second hard drive

Either of the application below will allow you to create a copy of the hard disk and save it to CD/DVD/ external hard disk/USB stick etc.  You can then restore that copy onto the other laptop.
