How to Partition the Harddisk
I am having a 40 GB of HDD and i wanted it to make partition in to 4 parts for storage . So i dont know how to do it.
Can any one please send the correct process of partitioning the hard disk.

You can do several things, if this drive is new, unformatted at the moment and you want to use it as your only drive, you can create the partitions with FDISK:

If this drive allready has data on it, you'll have to use software like Partition Magic to do this for you.
