BGP prefix list

I am using a prefix list to control what I advertise out to our ISP's. I have added a new block to advertise out in this prefix list, however it does not seem to be advertising .

when I do :
show ip bgp neighbors   advertised-routes:

I am only seeing the route I am already advertising. Do , I need to reset or something to activate an addition to a prefix list??

hmm that is ineteresting , as I have never seen this. However, this appears to only be valid if the ISP is using a default route to you for that block. I dont know why they would do this as BGP would handle the routing without a need for static route...
