Toshiba eStudio 3530c "File Storage Error"

We recently changed our domain password, and now whenever a user scans a document, they get the "File Storage Error" on the machine. I know that the password needs to be updated (I get an error message telling me failed to connect, check username / password), but i do not know where to change it. Anyone have an idea?

You should be able to access the TopAccess admin page of the copier by typing it's IP address into a web browser on one of your network computers. You will have to login to this site as admin to do any changes to the settings. On some it will prompt you to put the password in, some you have to click the Login button in the upper right corner of the screen. The default password for most Toshiba copiers is 12345.

Once logged in, under Administration, find the configuration section and look for a subsection (sorry I can't be precise, I don' t have one to look at) that allows you to put in a username and password for the copier to access a network share. Change the password/username and save it.

I'm going out to service a machine right now. I'll check the details and post a followup.
