Toshiba CMOS reset Satellite U205-S5034

I picked up this laptop from a client that needed it cleaned up because of a virus, so I took the hard drive out and scanned it in another computer and cleaned the infections. I put the hard drive back in and it comes up with the black screen wanting a password for the cmos before it loads windows. I called the user and they say they have never had that.
I can't find anything on this laptop on how to reset the cmos and seems like there is a security chip that is preventing this from happening. I need to know if anyone knows how to do this.
I took a picture of the board where I do see a reset area on the board.

This site looks like it I might have to go this route, but when I try to order, everything is in spanish or something else.
