Ok, from what I can see online they didn't work a soft reset into this BIOS, your going to have to go for the CMOS battery and remove it to clear the password....
From what I read the cmos location in Toshiba l300 is inside the motherboard on the left side near the hard drive, you will probably have to open a lot to get to it...
