"Desktop" email icon missing

I have a BB issued by my company. They tried to Upgrade the OS and it failed. After doing the enterprise acitvation again the icon labled Desktop that shows only Exchagne emails is missing. I can still get my emails through the Messages icon but this lumps all my email together. I have 3 email addresses setup and would prefer to view them seperatly. How can I restore this "Desktop" icon?

The admin may not have even assigned you the IT Policy you require. You can resend the IT Policy from the server anytime to any user.

I don't think the problem has to do with Enterprise Activation. I would re-install the OS so you know you're not fighting some problem that is caused by the failed upgrade...then re-activate.
