BIOS UPDATE FOR DELL 8200 P4 2.0GHz

I've got a Dell 8200 P4 2.0GHz (82850/E) running on Windows 2000 Pro and I can't find a BIOS update.
I would appreciate a trusted file (link), a document with the current version improvements and installation instructions.

Get the " 8200_A11.exe  " file and run it . . . It'll ask for a Floppy !

Reboot with the floppy on the drive and it should be done !
