Citrix 32 Bit Color is not an option.

I am trying to get 32 bit color with Citrix. Everywhere i read it says it is in Farm Properties under General. And there should be a check box for 32 bit colors. I do not see that check box. I have the most recent updates but still do not see it. Can anyone help me with this?

Problem: How to install antivirus on a Citrix Server farm
