  • White Screen in SCCM 2007 Remote Tools after update

    I have updated an XP client today and after the update was completed succesfully I can no longer connect to the client via SCCM 2007 Remote Tools. It only returns a white screen. On the Client I get this in the program log: \SystemRoot\System32\smsmdd.dll failed to load Any ideas on what to do?

    I cannot connect to a client's server using the remote desktop mmc or the remote desktop connection via a VPN. The VPN is up and i can ping the server, but unable to RDC to it.
