Problem: RAM stickers and heat spreaders

I am putting heat spreaders on my RAM chips. Should I take off the description stickers? The instructional pictures show the girl putting them on with the stickers still on. Are the stickers themselves made of heat absorbing material?

Problem: dell laptop problem, any real experst on here?? think i need one.
